How It Works

We calculate tuition by the semester. The first semester starts on Labor Day and lasts until the end of January. The second semester goes from February until the last week of June.

Each semester has 17-18 weeks (excluding holidays) depending on the day you choose for your lesson. Your tuition is the added cost of all the lessons in the semester.

Your tuition is split into 5 installments (corresponding to the number of months in the semester). Tuition installments are due at the beginning of each month.

New Students may register at any time and their tuition will be calculated until the end of the current semester starting on the day they have signed up.

Tuition reserves you or your child(ren) a private lesson in a specific time slot every week.

Tuition does not include the recital fee of 80$ per individual (+ $40 per each additional student from the same family) to cover performance hall rental and miscellaneous costs related to the organization of the event.

Tuition does not include the cost of books and materials needed for the lessons.

Participation in the end-of-semester recitals is highly encouraged. We reserve the right to determine if a student is adequately prepared to perform in the recital.

Make-Up and Cancelation

A maximum of 3 make-ups is allowed during the semester, with adequate notice from the side of the student (24 hours ahead of the lesson time). Last-minute cancelations will not be made up.

In case of emergency or absence by the teacher, all lessons will be made up by the teacher or an adequate substitute.

All lessons will be made up by the end of the current semester and are not transferable.

There will be no refunds or rescheduling of missed make-up lessons.
